Cambie – A Modern Revival at a Historic Corner

For decades, the Hoagieville Drive-Up on Higgins stood as a beloved landmark, its iconic covered canopy serving generations of Missoulians. The owner, who had worked at the location since childhood, envisioned a fresh concept that would cater to the surrounding residential neighborhoods while honoring the site's history.

Built on the existing Hoagieville foundation, Cambie emerges with a striking sloped roofline, embracing a contemporary yet timeless design. A refined material palette and clean geometric forms define the space, creating inviting patio areas that frame breathtaking views of Mount Sentinel, Pattee Canyon, and the Rattlesnake. Thoughtfully designed to connect with its surroundings, Cambie offers a seamless blend of function, aesthetics, and community.
